Return and Refund Policy

At Solenne Atelier, we stand behind the sculptural integrity of our pieces. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: completely unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original signature packaging. > Note: Every Solenne piece is inspected and documented at our Scovia Quality Hub before dispatch. Items showing any signs of wear, use, or damage incurred after delivery are not eligible for a return.

Return Shipping Fees

• Customer Responsibility: For all returns due to change of mind, fit, or style preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Defective Items: Solenne Atelier will only provide a pre-paid return label if the item is confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@solenneatelier.com.

• Authorization: Once authorized, we will provide specific instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

• Logistics: Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted at our Scovia Quality Hub.

Artisan Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This covers the professional re-certification of the piece's finish and restoration of our signature protective packaging.
