At Solenne Atelier, we believe that beauty is worth the wait. To ensure the integrity of our modern heirlooms, every piece undergoes a multi-step journey—from our global artisans to our quality-control hub, and finally to your doorstep.
1. The Solenne Quality Journey
To maintain our boutique standards, we do not simply "dropship."
-
Step 1: Your selection is dispatched from our artisan partners to our primary logistics hub.
-
Step 2: Every item undergoes a final quality inspection at our Solenne Warehouse.
-
Step 3: Your jewelry is hand-packed in our signature microfiber pouch and boutique packaging before final dispatch.
2. Complimentary Shipping Offer
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding $300 USD to US. (or the local currency equivalent).
-
Service Level: Free shipping applies to our Standard Insured Shipping service.
-
Partial Returns: Please note that if a partial return brings your total order value below the $300 threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times include the time required for artisan transit, quality inspection at Scovia, and final delivery to your address.
Note: These are estimates. During high-demand periods or holiday campaigns, transit times may vary slightly.

Solenne Atelier ships to a curated list of international destinations.
